Our Mission

We help struggling individuals with negative lifestyle problems with their ability to improve their quality of life and in the least stressful manner possible.

Our Process

Your first session with the clinical team will be an opportunity to share with us the problems where we can help you overcome. We will conduct a  comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to see where your life is in balance or the areas which can be improved, so we can better understand how to help. 

During your second session we will start right away to collaborate with you in developing a treatment plan and work toward helping you achieve your goals!

Our Story

Stress Free Recovery LLC was established in 2020 to help busy people find solutions to negative lifestyle behaviors in the Burlington County area. Our convenient evening and weekend hours cater to those with busy work schedules. 

In 2021 we later expanded our capability to treat individuals throughout the state of New Jersey by Teletherapy using HIPAA compliant platforms. 

Also in 2021, we became a provider for 800 Gambler, and in 2023 we became eligible to offer DOT-SAP services for those with safety related violations as part of their process to Return to Duty.  

For 2024, we hope to continue to expand clinical team and services to offer care with expanded business hours.

I am considered an advanced licensed addiction therapist (LCADC, AADC, ICADDC) extensive long term personal recovery experience. I assist clients who speak either English or Spanish languages to help them overcome many types of personal problems caused by their alcohol or drug use, gambling, or other unhealthy lifestyles. I am also an experienced ICGC-I who often works with 800-GAMBLER to help those suffering financial and relational hardship related to sports, online gambling, or other games of chance.
